If you feel that your practice of yoga has plateaued this workshop will help you self assess the specific muscle groups that are hindering your advancement and provide solutions for improving them.
A lack of flexibility can cause a long list of problems that tend to creep in due the our daily habits, job requirements, injuries and lifestyle choices.
The lack of flexibility can be overcome with specific exercises, activities and techniques which will be demonstrated at the event.
