Emily started practicing yoga in 2007 and fell in love with how it made her feel. Yoga is empowering, having the ability to make you aware of your strengths and give you confidence. The practice brings happiness and balance to all aspects of Emily’s life and she loves sharing these feelings with her students. Emily’s positive energy and good sense of humor will have you leaving class feeling better than you arrived. Emily graduated from Mimi Ray’s The Art of Teaching Yoga, 200hr RYS Yoga Teacher Training at Expressions of Grace in 2017.
