Tight hips affect everything from being able to squat in your yoga practice to being able to pick something up off the floor at home in the kitchen.
Anil Sharma will share new poses you can use to open your hips in your daily practice. This workshop will help you understand the proper asanas and technique to use for your body. Each body is different and requires a different modification in each pose.
Participants will leave with a renewed sense of openness and flexibility in the physical body, the mind and emotions. When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine. Benefits include improved range of motion and circulation and decreases back pain.
