There will be plenty of time to ask questions and get a feel for the work we do.  You will see technique demos and have the chance to experience them yourself.  Workshop size will be limited to accommodate equal access to the therapists and provide time to have questions answered.

Intro to Thai Bodywork

​Learn more about Thai massage, Bodywork at Expressions of Grace, and the Thai Bodywork School at this 2-hour intro workshop. You will experience basic Thai massage techniques, meet a Thai Bodywork Instructor (TBI), and participate in an informational session focused on body mechanics, trigger point therapy, and healthy movement.
