Jennifer started practicing yoga while she was studying to be a classical musician and loved how it helped her feel more present, grounded, and calm. She teaches yoga classes with a strong emphasis on alignment. Jennifer is known for her smart, authentic, and creative sequencing, which is challenging yet accessible. Through pranayama, specific sequencing to open up the body, and a warm compassionate energy, her yoga classes are a combination of strength and surrendering that ease her students into a transformative space. She integrates her bodywork training into a moving meditation with the goal of teaching body awareness and acceptance.
Jennifer received her 200 RYT through South Boston Yoga. She has a degree in Music Performance and studied Coaching Psychology at Harvard University. In addition, Jennifer is a certified Resistance Flexibility trainer.
