Jennifer An is a Certified Natural Health Educator and 200-hour Yoga Certified Instructor. She started practicing Bikram yoga in 2010 when she was living in New York City. She loved the practice and kept with it for four years. She eventually wanted to learn more about yoga so in 2015 she went to India and immersed herself in many different styles of yoga and learned about the mental and emotional healing benefits of yoga. She was able to overcome severe anxiety with the practice of yoga nidra, also known as "sleeping yoga". Jennifer has been living in India with her husband since August 2015. They have traveled to different cities and taught many 200-hour yoga teacher training programs these last three years together. Jennifer is passionate about sharing the culture and benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice with friends and family from her home state of Michigan.
