
Misty Weeks
RYT 500
Misty began practicing yoga in 2005 and was immediately hooked on the asana practice and breath work. She felt the calling to deepen her practice in 2012. She enrolled in 200 hour Prairie Yoga teacher training and then Theresa Murphy’s 300 hour teacher training in 2014. Misty continues to deepen her practice by studying with Tara Judelle, Jason Crandall, and Tias Little. Misty’s style is described as sweet, slow, and mindful. She teaches a variety of classes from vinyasa to relaxing restorative. Misty’s wish is for students to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
