Creating Balance for Autumn
In this workshop we will review basic tenets of Ayurveda [ah-yer-vey-duh] including:
• The 5 Elements
• The 3 Doshas
• The 20 Qualities (Gunas)
And also address the following:
• Individual Constitution/Current State
• Autumn Season Regimen
• Common Autumn Imbalances & Simple, Natural Remedies to Restore Balance
The workshop will include lecture, interactive group learning and subtle practice (breathing techniques and guided meditation).
*While some basic knowledge of Ayurveda is helpful, no prior experience is required. It is recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
