Shamama Breathwork January 27 2pm-3pm
BreathWork is a powerful tool for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness and allowing life force into the body, mind and spirit. We access this state using Pranayama rhythmic 2-part breath as a catalyst to gently excavate blocked energy and unprocessed emotions from the body's nervous system, bypassing the analytical brain to efficiently restore a healthy state of balance, creativity, joy, hope, inspiration and abundance! Using this specific and powerful breathing method--as well as music, sound, guided meditation, essential oils, and rocks/crystals--Michele Lussky will hold space for you to:
❤️ Connect with your inner wisdom
🧡 Improve energy levels
💛 Relieve stress, anxiety, and depression
💚 Release strong emotions like grief, fear, guilt, or anger
💙 Reprogram limiting beliefs that keep you stuck
💜 Deepen your spiritual connection.
BreathWork can be a dynamic cathartic process. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Experiencing unusual heat or cold is possible so bring whatever you need to be comfortable if either are to arise. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, blindfold (or towel/handkerchief), and water bottle. Energy exchange $15.
Michele Lussky is a Creativity Coach and BreathWork Meditation facilitator with Level 3 training from David Elliott, master BreathWork healer based in Los Angeles and New Mexico. Michele's personal transformational experience with this type of healing and awakening came when she attended sessions with the former Shamama facilitator, Dawn Andersen. This created a strong desire to share the practice with others. Michele draws upon her background as a shamanic practitioner, teacher and creativity expert. Every session is unique as she uses her intuition and spirit to guide her in the healing practice that is best suited for that group--and that moment.
