My journey in self-care began after two decades in the business world, where I traveled extensively both in the US and abroad. After multiple physical challenges, including back pain, I was lead to explore natural and alternative methods of healing. While studying herbal medicine, homeopathy, and massage I have gained a sense of well-being.
Through the practice of meditation, breathing, and yoga, I am learning to reduce stress and anxiety, while maintaining physical fitness. My intent now is to help others find flexibility, strength, and relaxation by teaching the eight limbs of yoga.
