Come join us for a gentle, mindful, meditative movement practice - using modified tai chi-based forms and breathing practice, we will learn ways to bring the body to a place of calm and relaxation.
This practice is for all abilities and skill levels - everything can be adapted, and everyone can benefit!
Bring a blanket and/or yoga mat, wear appropriate footwear (barefoot is fine, too), and consider dressing in layers.
Alesheia is a Tai Chi Easy™ certified practice leader, who is inspired every day by seeing people learn the benefits of mindful, meditative movement. She loves to learn new things, get better at relaxing, give her dog attention, cook with her family, practice hand lettering, and a bunch of other things!
