Breathing is one of the foundations of wellness. Meditation and breath-work are key to a practice that help provide a solid start to our journey.
In this workshop you will learn the basics of a healthy breathing system and how the body is designed to breathe. The physiology of breath is important to know when disciplining oneself and breaking the habit loops that cause dysfunctional breath.
Healthy diaphragmatic breathing is essential to a quality
life-wellness model and the best starting point for a deep, mindful meditation practice.
We will bring this breath-work into a focused, relaxed meditation session. The meditation will be in yoga nidra format. The intent will be to allow the visceral experience of calming both mind and body.
